As we mark 100,000 deaths from Covid in our nation: In an open letter, the Archbishops of Canterbury and York are asking everyone in the nation, whether they have a faith or not, to pause and pray at 6pm daily from Monday 1st February. Their call comes as the Office for National Statistics figures for deaths from Coronavirus top 100,000. The Archbishops say: "Death does not have 'the last word', and the Christian faith promises that one day 'every tear will be wiped away'. You can read their letter in the attachment.
