 con Dave Middleton\, we hope Rev Noel McGeeny\, the Rural Dean\, Kerry Smi
 th\, lay chair of the Deanery\, and David Roberts\, Patron’s representat
 ive\, will be able to attend. \nThe Archdeacon will explain the vacancy pr
 ocess and Bishop Richard will lead discussion about joys and opportunities
  in our parishes as well as the challenges and aspirations. They will welc
 ome open discussion to give everyone a chance to express their thoughts an
 d ideas. There will be the opportunity to ask questions. Indeed broad inpu
 t is important and useful in developing the “Parish Profile” which is 
 part of the process.\nPlease come to participate in this process which is 
 important\, not just to the local churches\, but to the communities as a w
 hole.
