Traditional Service at St James Church

Every First, Second, Third, Fourth Sunday at for 1 hour
Venue
St James the Great
Address
Church Lane Thorley Bishop's Stortford, CM23 4BE, United Kingdom

A formal, but very friendly service for everyone. Traditional services are held in the beautiful historic church building most Sundays at 9am where people have met, gathered and worshipped for almost 1000 years. There is a wonderful, spirit-filled presence of God in this ancient building. St James the Great is the oldest building in Thorley, dating from Normal times. The site also includes an ancient Yew tree in the Church yard, believed to be around 1000 years old.
