Welcoming you back to Church

We are closely following Church of England guidance to allow gathered worship in our churches. If you suspect you may have Covid-19 please stay at home. If you develop symptoms within 14 days of attending a service, please firstly call NHS 111 and secondly let the Rector know by email to [email protected] or calling 01707 875940

Do please join us if you are able and if not, our Zoom services are to continue and will be at 11.30 am on 25th October & 15th & 29th November. There is also a telephone service every Wednesday at 10am. Joining instructions for both the telephone and zoom services can be obtained from [email protected]</span>

Do, please diligently follow the social distancing rules at all times whilst in our church buildings and it is mandatory to wear a face covering unless you are exempt. You can find out about exemptions both on the Church of England website and on the Gov.UK website. These measures are to keep both you and others as safe as possible. It is important also to use the hand sanitiser which is provided.

Sadly, no refreshments are available after the service or at any other times.

Private Prayer

Four of our churches are open for individual prayer:

Bayford & Brickendon are both open most Mondays & Thursdays

Essendon is open on Sundays from 2pm to 4pm

Lt. Berkhamsted is open on Wednesdays & Saturdays from 11am to 3pm

Masks

Face coverings are currently mandatory in our church buildings. While there are exemptions, this is a legal requirement.

Weddings, Baptisms and other matters

Saturday Registration is held on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month.

10.00 am to 11.30 am at Lt. Berkhamsted Church.

If you, or someone you know is interested in a wedding or baptism, or just have a question for our Rector we will be happy to see you.

All are welcome, you do not need an appointment, just turn up.
