DESCRIPTION:Christingle is a joyful celebration that brings families and c
 ommunities together to share the light of Jesus and spread a message of ho
 pe.\nThe Christingle is a symbol and consists of an orange (the world)\, a
  red ribbon (the blood of Jesus)\, four cocktail sticks & sweets (God's Go
 od gifts the fruits of the earth and the four seasons) and a lit candle (C
 hrist-the light of the world).\nJoin us for Godalming Minster's Christingl
 e service where we'll be making our own with an orange\, a candle\, ribbon
  and the all important sweets.  We'll be singing carols and unwrapping the
  Christmas story in a fun and easy way for children.\n\nThe highlight will
  be the premier of Godalming Minter's First Nowell!  This has been recorde
 d by singers from local schools\, nurseries and choirs who are within the 
 new parish of Godalming Minster\, and produced by the Godalming Minster wo
 rship and tech team.  \n\nPlease do sign up for this one as we are expecti
