DESCRIPTION:This summer\, we're so lucky to have two wonderful volunteers 
 bringing creativity\, warmth and colour into our cafe through their Art Wo
 rkshops.\nBoth of them spent many years working in the corporate world\, a
 nd now\, in a new chapter of their life\, they are rediscovering themselve
 s through art - and gently helping others to do the same.  There is someth
 ing truly special about being around them.\nTheir energy is calm\, kind an
 d inspiring. The kind of people who make the world feel softer\, brighter 
 and a little more beautiful.\nThese workshops are not about perfection or 
 artistic skills.  They are about slowing down\, exploring creativity\, mee
 ting lovely people and allowing yourself to enjoy the process.\nArt has a 
 quiet way of healing us.  It helps us to reconnect with ourselves\, expres
 s emotions without words and bring more colour into everyday life.\nWhethe
 r you've painted many times before or never picked up a brush - you are wa
