DESCRIPTION:On Remembrance Sunday we remember the sacrifice of those who d
 efended our freedoms and protected our way of life\, through two world war
 s and beyond. In particular\, we remember the armed forces and their famil
 ies\, as well as the emergency services and those who have lost their live
 s as a result of conflict or terrorism.\n\nBut we will also remember those
  parts of the world which are being devastated by war even now\, particula
 rly Ukraine\, Israel/Palestine and Sudan. Here life is being torn apart an
 d people on all sides are losing those that they love. \n\nThe service wil
 l take place at Parque La Viña\, Mollina (directions: https://maps.app.go
 o.gl/x9A96fbgxNgfrnV97?g_st=am)  and we will be joined by representatives 
 of Royal British Legion Mollina Branch\, Veterans and Blue Lighters. Toget
 her our task will be to remember all who have served and sacrificed\, part
 icularly British and Commonwealth soldiers\, sailors\, airmen and women.\n
 \nWe will commemorate the signing of the Armistice which brought an end to
  the First World War\, a moment which is marked in the UK by a 2-minute si
 lence\, at 11am Greenwich Mean Time. We will join in this silence at the s
 ame time\, namely 12 noon Central European Time.\n\nAfter the service ther
 e will be a lunch. Please contact Mother Doreen or David Gray if you would
  like to attend. \n\nThere will also be a Remembrance Sunday service at St
  George's Church\, Malaga\, starting at 10:45am (details:https://www.achur
