DESCRIPTION:Our annual church meeting is open to all\, and is an important
  opportunity for us to reflect together on the church's ministry and outre
 ach in the year past\, and to look forward to activities in the year ahead
 .  We encourage everyone to stay and chat over refreshments after the meet
 ing.\n\nThis year\, we're also required to renew our church electoral roll
 .  If you wish to join the roll (which allows you to vote at the APCM)\, p
 lease complete an electoral roll application form available from the back 
 of church and send it to our Electoral Roll Officer\, Fiona Mynors.\n\nWha
 t happens at an APCM?  Lots!  We will:\n- hear a report from our Vicar\n- 
 elect our Churchwardens\, PCC members\, and Deanery Synod representative\n
 - report on the numbers entered on the new electoral roll\n\nand receive s
 everal reports (with opportunity for questions):\n\n- annual report on the
  proceedings of the PCC and the activities of the parish generally\n- fina
 ncial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024\n- annual fabric repo
 rt\n- report on the proceedings of Ross & Archenfield Deanery Synod.\n\nYo
 u may download a copy of the PCC's 2024 Report & Accounts below.\n\nWe als
 o appoint an independent examiner.\n\nWe look forward to seeing you.
