 \, Canon Precentor of Exeter Cathedral. \nJames Mustard was installed as C
 anon Precentor in March 2018. Following a career as a freelance musician\,
  he studied Theology and Religious Studies at the University of Cambridge 
 and trained for ordination at Westcott House\, Cambridge. After participat
 ing in an exchange programme at Yale Divinity School\, he was ordained in 
 2005 and served his title at the Church of St Peter Mancroft\, Norwich.\nF
 rom 2008\, he was Assistant Priest at St Peter’s Church\, Eaton Square i
 n London\, before becoming Rector of East Barnet in North London in 2012 a
 nd Area Dean of Barnet in 2015. He has a degree in Music from the Universi
 ty of Exeter and a degree in Systematic Theology from King’s College Lon
 don.
