Christmas will be very different at St John in the Wilderness this year. Sadly, due to coronavirus restrictions we won’t be able to hold our accustomed Christmas services, at which we would normally welcome 800 – 1000 people. This unfortunately includes the three Christingle services we usually have on Christmas Eve, which for many people in Exmouth and beyond mark the beginning of their family Christmas.

However, we will instead be broadcasting a Virtual Christingle at 4.00 pm on Christmas Eve, which you can join in with on Facebook, YouTube, or our website. There will be the traditional carols, and a downloadable service sheet will be available nearer the time.
