NOTICE OF TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF PUBLIC WORSHIP DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS
An update from Holy Trinity, Landcross
Holy Trinity church is small but beautiful – a spiritual hub for reflective and Celtic worship and a welcoming ‘thin’ space for worship. It has not been possible to hold public worship there during this pandemic, as the narrow one-way entrance/exit and aisle do not allow us to implement the necessary social distancing requirements.
However, Holy Trinity has continued to play its part in the wider Mission Community by moving to online contributions: a monthly lay-led Taize service and as the setting for Midnight Mass at Christmas, with the team contributing elements of the service remotely.
In this current lockdown, the church continues to be closed, but we will set up a small ‘Pause and Pray’ station in the porch. Taize online will continue in a slightly different format, and our provision will be reviewed again at the end of February.
We pray that you will stay safe and well until we can meet again.
