DESCRIPTION:This is a free community event in Love Your Burial Ground Week
  & The Great Big Green Week for families\, to raise awareness of our local
  wildlife and to encourage everyone to use and enjoy the churchyard\, resp
 ectfully. For noisier recreation\, please use the playground opposite the 
 Church.\n\nJoin the Citizen Science project Churches Count on Nature to su
 rvey the wildlife in the Churchyard\, using pen & paper\, camera\, sound r
 ecording and identification books\, and/or iNaturalist app and Merlin app.
  (There are instructions for using iNaturalist app available as a PDF down
 load\, link below.) The results will be collated and added to the National
  Biodiversity Network atlas. This is similar to the Big Garden Bird Watch\
 , but covers birds\, animals\, insects\, plants.\n\nYou are most welcome t
 o come and join in\, or just come and sit and chat.\n\n* Fun Minibeast Hun
 t for the youngsters\, with worksheets\n* Tea & Cake Stall or bring your o
 wn picnic\n* Build a Bug Hotel\n* Install new Bird Feeders\n* Measure our 
 Yew Tree\n* Give & Take Stall - please bring your good quality unwanted it
 ems inc clothes to the Church before the event. Take away with you anythin
 g that you would like. Recycling at its very best!\n* Learn about Eco Chur
 ch\, and how we have just won our Bronze Award - the first Church in our B
 enefice to do so\n* Inside the Church if the weather is wet\n\nPlease walk
