DESCRIPTION:The service is for everyone and will be family friendly as it 
 will be lead by Revd Ross Meikle\, Missioner for Young People at Salisbury
  Cathedral.\n\nIt would be lovely to see the church well attended for this
  service like it is on Christmas Eve and demonstrate its value as a precio
 us community asset.  There will be an opportunity afterwards to mingle and
  enjoy some light refreshments.\n\nWe are also collecting donations for th
 e Trussell Trust\; a charity which supports 1\,300 food banks across the U
 K\, including Salisbury.  The items they are currently short of are: long 
 life fruit juice\; tinned veg\; tinned meat meals\; UHT milk\; instant mas
 h potato\; sponge puddings\; jam\; chocolate\; coffee\; shampoo\; deodoran
 t\; loo roll\; washing powder.\n\nHarvest is a pivotal moment in the food 
 bank calendar.  Warehouse stocks are often at their lowest just as demand 
 increases in the run up to winter.  Heating and jumpers go on....and peopl
 e start skipping meals to pay the bills. If you wish to donate an item/s p
 lease bring to the church on the day OR drop off to Mary at Swallow House 
 OR Lexie Whelan has kindly offered to collect in advance.  Please email sa
