DESCRIPTION:Dear DSL Villagers\,\n\nYou are all warmly invited to join one
  of the most fun village evenings of the year: the Safari Supper!  Second 
 only to the fete\, this event is also a major contributor to supporting th
 e village church.\n\nThe format is slightly different this year:\n\nEveryo
 ne will meet together for drinks and nibbles at The Old Rectory (instead o
 f a starter course at different houses) and then we will all head off to h
 ost houses for the main course and move again for the pudding course.  We 
 will all then regather for coffee and/or something stronger at Barley Hous
 e\, kindly hosted by Anne Wright.\n\nI have already heard from some willin
 g hosts (thank you) but I will need more please! Hosts provide food and dr
 inks to guests at their own expense but of course will not be charged the 
 full ticket price. Hosts will receive a discount of £15 for main course a
 nd £8 for pudding\, from their ticket price.\n\nDue to the slightly diffe
 rent format this year\, the full ticket price is slightly lower at £32 pe
 r person.\n\nWhen you let me know if you can come\, please indicate whethe
 r you would be happy to host a main or a pudding course (stating a prefere
 nce if you have one) or if you will just be attending as a guest. Do also 
 let me know if you have any special dietary requirements.\n\nTimings for t
 he evening are as follows:\n\n6.30pm onwards: 	Drinks and nibbles at The O
 ld Rectory. Here you will be given your surprise(!) envelope giving detail
 s of your hosts for main course and pudding\n7.30pm: 	Main courses start\n
 9pm: 	Pudding courses start\n10pm: 	Coffee/something stronger at Barley Ho
