 had to close for Covid\, but now thrives once again. There is a 'sister' v
 ery successful monthly Forget Me not Café at the 'Dog and Fox' (Ashley Ro
 ad\, Bradford on Avon) on the first Thursday afternoon (3-4.30pm) of the m
 onth.  The Holy Trinity Café takes place on the third Thursday morning (1
 1am-12.30pm)\, and is open to anyone who is elderly and would like some co
 mpany.  The formula is very simple:\n•	A smiling and friendly welcome fr
 om trained volunteers \n•	The informal and supportive presence of the He
 alth Centre and Alzheimer’s Support staff             \n•	Home-made ca
 kes and sandwiches and freshly brewed tea and coffee on tap\n•	Attractiv
 e tables with table-cloths and flowers\n•	Lots of chat and fun - meeting
  old friends and new – and an understanding atmosphere where people can

 onth.  The Holy Trinity Café takes place on the third Thursday morning (1
 1am-12.30pm)\, and is open to anyone who is elderly and would like some co
 mpany.  The formula is very simple:\n•	A smiling and friendly welcome fr
 om trained volunteers \n•	The informal and supportive presence of the He
 alth Centre and Alzheimer’s Support staff             \n•	Home-made ca

 iance\, and alongside Alzheimer's Support and the Bradford on Avon Health 
 Centre\, the monthly Forget me Not Café is a tremendous and very popular 
 use for our wonderful recently restored church facility.  The Café sadly 
 had to close for Covid\, but now thrives once again. There is a 'sister' v
 ery successful monthly Forget Me not Café at the 'Dog and Fox' (Ashley Ro
 ad\, Bradford on Avon) on the first Thursday afternoon (3-4.30pm) of the m
 onth.  The Holy Trinity Café takes place on the third Thursday morning (1
 1am-12.30pm)\, and is open to anyone who is elderly and would like some co
 mpany.  The formula is very simple:\n•	A smiling and friendly welcome fr
 om trained volunteers \n•	The informal and supportive presence of the He
 alth Centre and Alzheimer’s Support staff             \n•	Home-made ca
 kes and sandwiches and freshly brewed tea and coffee on tap\n•	Attractiv
 e tables with table-cloths and flowers\n•	Lots of chat and fun - meeting
  old friends and new – and an understanding atmosphere where people can 
 relax\n•	A monthly activity – eg bulb planting\, singing\, crafts\, bo
 ard-games
