 25th March.\nLady Day\, also known as the Feast of the Annunciation\, comm
 emorates the day the Angel Gabriel told the Virgin Mary that she would con
 ceive Jesus Christ. Falling exactly nine months before Christmas\, it mark
 s an important moment in the Christian calendar and has been observed for 
 centuries.\n\nLady Day has also been a significant day for the Mothers' Un
 ion since 1897. The Mothers’ Union (MU) is a Christian organisation that
  has been supporting families worldwide for nearly 150 years\, working thr
 ough prayer\, practical support\, and community outreach to strengthen fam
 ily life across the globe.\n\nLast year\, Mothers’ Union celebrated thei
 r 150th anniversary\, the theme was “Join Us\, Join In”\, celebrating 
 Mary Sumner’s vision and encouraging members and friends to grow in fait
 h\, service\, and outreach.\n\nWhether you are a long-standing member\, co
 nnected with Mothers’ Union\, or simply interested in learning more abou
 t Lady Day\, we would love you to join us. Come along\, bring a friend\, a
