Our Thursday morning Holy Communion services at St Michael's, Flixton, take place on the second and fourth Thursdays at 10.15 a.m. Services on the first and third Thursdays take place at St John's, Flixton, at 10.30 a.m. If there is a fifth Thursday in the month the services will take place at both churches.

An hour's worth of learning and activities which are linked to the services and readings taking place during the main Parish Communion service in Church, during term time only. Each session lasts for approximately 60 minutes. The parents/guardians of younger children are welcome to stay with their children for the first few weeks of their attendance or until they are settled.
Our Sunday School teachers plan and deliver the lessons each week. They are DBS checked by the Diocese of Manchester. If you are interested in volunteering please speak to a member of the Sunday School team.

Our weekly Holy Communion services start at 10.15 a.m. every Sunday.

The games club will meet from 10 a.m. - 12.30 p.m. on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month in Church Croft. Rummikub, Quiddler, dominoes, back gammon and lots more. Share our games or bring your own.

EVERYBODY WELCOME. Donations from £1 including drink and biscuits.

Our Mothers' Union meets at 2 p.m. on the third Thursday of the month, during term time only, inside Church Croft.

Please put Thursday 23rd May at 7 p.m. in your diaries for an evening of fantastic music from the students at Chetham's. The concert will take place inside our church building.

Donations at the door, please, with all proceeds going to St Michael's.  A raffle and interval drinks will also be available.

Our Coffee Mornings take place on the first Saturday of the month inside Church Croft. We'd love to welcome you for a drink and refreshments amongst friends.

Our all age service takes place on the first Sunday each month.

Our Walking Club meets on the first Wednesday of the month inside our church building at 9:30 a.m. Everyone is welcome to join us, whatever your level of mobility. There will be a shorter and longer walk on offer. Initially these will walks be from church, but hopefully in time we will go further afield in cars.

Our Poetry Group meets in The Church Inn at 7 p.m. on the first Wednesday of each month, but during term time only.

Pub Church takes place on the first Wednesday of each month at 8 p.m. The Church Inn pub is ideally located next door to St Michael's Church. Pub Church is a place to have a drink with friends (whether they be old or new), chat, have a laugh, and share in each other’s fellowship. Term time only.

Planning is now well underway for the summer fair and there are less than 8 weeks to go. It is taking place on Saturday, 29th June from 11.00 until 15.00 in Church Croft and church yard – weather permitting.

It is all being done in house. There will be no outside stalls. Some of the stalls and ideas are new. We cannot do it without you.

Donations and volunteers are wanted. Can you help?
