About Us

St Katharine's Church is a beautiful building dating back to the 13th century. In a picturesque rural setting, it is a large part of village life. Combined with our sister church in Knockholt, we are two Church of England (Anglican) parishes in the Sevenoaks Deanery of the Diocese of Rochester, within the Canterbury province. The two churches came together in 1983 as a United Benefice under one parish priest. We teach the faith of Jesus Christ, as explained in the Bible. We offer Family Worship services at one of the two churches every Sunday afternoon at 3pm for lots of singing, action songs and with the bible message made relevant for a younger audience. For a more traditional setting, we offer a Sunday morning service at one of the two churches every week from 10 a.m. We are a friendly bunch, and we love to chat over coffee/tea and biscuits after the service. Please come along; we look forward to welcoming you.

We also offer weekly Bible Study; a friendly group who look at the Bible in a relaxed environment. No experience necessary.
