We had a wonderful walk around the Benefice last year to celebrate the King’s coronation, taking in the five church buildings in the Benefice. This year we plan to repeat the walk but this time as a ‘Rogation Walk’ when in the past the parishioners have ‘beat the bounds’ - more on that later. The route will be a little different as we won’t be walking along the Duke’s private roads! We’re planning bacon rolls to get us going from St Leonard's at 9.00 am to 9.30 am, departing at 10.00 am for a 12 mile walk finishing with a BBQ at St James, at about 4.00 pm. Join us for as much or as little as you like or perhaps just for the BBQ at the end. More of the route will be on quiet roads given wet state of the ground. Please consider your abilities and wearing appropriate clothing and bring leads for dogs. All welcome.

Why not come along, with a friend, for a chat, good company hot or cold drinks and, yes, cakes! Please spread the news, and bring a friend. Still with no charge, but any small donation would not be refused.

Celebration for Ascension

A service with a difference and we start with something to eat and drink. Worship is contemporary and there are interactive activities. We meet at Sherfield Park Community Centre or St Leonard's Church - see the news and notices section for the next venue.

A Service in the style of morning worship including hymns and teaching. Projector and screen may be used. Tea and coffee following the Service.
