Venue
Morston: All Saints
Address
The Street Morston Holt, NR25 7AA, United Kingdom

Morston will open its gardens and welcome visitors to the village for its ‘Morston Meander’ on Saturday 22nd June. Over ten gardens will be open on the day, including the garden of Morston Hall Hotel. The gardens are varied from courtyard, cottage, gravelled and walled including some unique marsh views from one of the gardens. Interspersed between the gardens, visitors can meander through the village and discover the historic buildings, coastguard house, coastguard cottages, old pond, forge, manor house and old barns of Morston (also known as Marshtown).

An exhibition of old photographs of the village together with maps and recollections of villagers will be displayed in the village hall where refreshments including homemade cakes will be available all day.

The event is being kindly sponsored by Jackson-Stops, Burnham Market and tickets at £5 can be purchased on the day at the church or the village hall. In addition, a number of local businesses, including Finisterre (of Holt), Morston Hall and The Morston Anchor have donated vouchers for the ‘Prize Draw’. Again, tickets for the draw can be purchased on the day.

All proceeds will go to All Saints Church, Morston.
