The church is often used for concerts, recitals, plays, poetry reading etc.
Two-manual, tracker-action Walker organ (1979).
6.30 sung/choral BCP Evensong (except 2nd Sunday)
Robed choir sings at the Eucharist and 4.30 Evensong.

The church supports Spires (day centre for the homeless), based in St Leonard's Hall.
Streatham Depression Self-help Group meets in the church on alternate Tuesday evenings.

The church is normally open between 12.00 am and 2.00 pm on Monday & Wednesday

St Leonard's Hall is managed by Spires (day centre for the homeless) and is not available for hire at present
