Getting here

The church as it exists now was probably preceded by previous building perhaps dating after c. 1250, although there are postulations that the present building was erected between 1360-1370. An archaeological survey dating December 2006 revealed walls of two earlier churches and the remains of a mediaeval bell-foundry. A perpendicular styled church with a tall and impressive tower containing six bells, rising about 120 feet, one of the tallest in Devon.
