Heyside Parish Hall

Heyside Parish Hall opened in 1868 as Eid Institute - providing use for the Village School, Sunday School and Worship Centre. This continued until the Church was built and later on, Blackshaw Lane school was built in 1895.

Today the Parish hall is a focal point for the local community being used each day and most evenings for both Church based and Community based groups to meet.

The Parish Hall is available to rent on a regular or individual basis for a range of uses including: meetings, functions, training events, and community groups.

The hall offers a large room suitable for regular bookings with a versatile stage with ample power points, side access and a pulley operated theatrical curtain. The large floor area can be kept clear for all manner of purposes. There are ample chairs and tables available for all groups that can be arranged in a variety of configurations. A smaller break-out room, kitchen and toilet facilities are also provided.

Maximum capacity of the hall is 100 people.

Hire charges are per hour dependant on the total number of hours required each week. Hire charges are inclusive of all heating, lighting and use of the kitchen. Booking terms and conditions apply.
