Candles brought by worshipers at St Martin's were lit and later blessed by the Rector at a special evening service, on February 1st.  The service marked the end of the Christmas and Epiphany seasons. Taize songs were used in the service to create a meditative mood, as we considered the meaning and significance of Christ's Light in everyday living.
