Our electoral roll is a list of all those who consider themselves members of Crook Peak Parish, or one of her Churches. It gives you voting rights in the decision-making processes of Crook Peak Parish. Membership does not mean you have to come to church or give money to the church, although we would encourage you to consider both! But, much more importantly than either, is that you would be part of a group of people who know the the peace of God which surpasses all understanding, which in this world of anxiety, is precious indeed. To join the electoral roll,Click the DOWNLOAD button for an Application Form. Once completed return to Sarah Pettifer or any Churchwarden. Once you are on the roll, there is the added bonus of free entry to Wells Cathedral! You will need to take the completed application form to the Cathedral reception desk.
In 1985 a single Parish was formed to unite the 6 churches of Badgworth, Biddisham, Christon, Compton Bishop, Loxton and Weare and it was named 'Crook Peak Parish'. In 2025 we celebrated 40 Years of working as a single team to keep all 6 buildings open for the use of both the community and worshipers. All events were free to attend and over £1000 was raised by donation to the 6 charities the the PCC support.
