Draycot Churches

The Draycot Group of churches (known as a Benefice) consists of five parishes in North WIltshire: Christian Malford, Kington Langley, Seagry, Sutton Benger, and Tytherton Kellaways. The parishes work together, for example in sharing services and supporting local schools.

Our Priest-in-Charge is Revd Suzanne Grindrod, whom we welcomed in December 2022. The benefice Ministry Team is made up of Revd Suzanne, Revd Dawn Beresford (Part-time Curate) and two Licensed Lay Ministers (LLMs): Katherine Bloomer and Steve Grindrod.  Our admin support is shared between Maggie Topp and Christina Knowles. Each parish is represented on the Benefice Council, which takes a strategic overview, while individual Parochial Church Councils (PCCs) look after practical matters in each parish.

There are four church schools in the benefice: Christian Malford, Langley Fitzurse (in Kington Langley), Seagry, and Sutton Benger. Three of these schools are part of the Diocese of Bristol Academies Trust (DBAT).

If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the BSO whose contact details can be found on our website (see link below)
