Welcome to our Parish which consists of three churches in the diocese of Chelmsford, Essex:

St Margaret Downham, St Peter South Hanningfield, and St Mary the Virgin Ramsden Bellhouse

We share a Priest in Charge with two other parishes:

All Saints Stock and St Mary & St Edward West Hanningfield

Our five churches together are known as The Reservoir Group and are also part of a Mission and Ministry Unit known as The Compass Group.

A Lent Course for all five churches in the Reservoir Group, taking place at All Saints Church, Stock, in which we will be using the course written by Chelmsford Diocese as part of the 100 Days of prayer that we are being encouraged to take part in as part of the 'Travelling Well Together - Sustaining Ministry' conversation.

Parish Group Holy Communion

for 1 hour
Downham: St Margaret

Our 3rd Sunday Communion service for all 3 churches in the parish will be held at St Margaret's, Downham this month, instead of St Mary's Ramsden Bellhouse, due to problems with the ceiling at St Mary's.
