West Weald Parish

West Weald Parish serves the villages of Handcross, Slaugham, Pease Pottage, Warninglid and Staplefield in West Sussex. Having formed a joint benefice for several years, the neighbouring parishes of St Mary's, Slaugham and St Mark's, Staplefield became one parish at the start of 2023. From January 2024 we've been known as West Weald to encompass our mission to all of the communities within our parish which sits at the western tip of the High Weald area.
