It was my final service at St Michael's Church, on 5th July, and I received the usual warm welcome from all the people there.  At the close of the service, I was completely taken aback by the very kind words expressed on behalf of the church for my ministry over the last six years.  I was also deeply humbled by the extraordinary generosity of the gift which was presented to me.  My sincere thanks to all who were involved in any way. 

I have always felt very supported by the clergy, Church Wardens and the whole congregation at St Michael's, and I shall leave with great memories of this part of the faith journey we have shared together.  

Alongside my thanks, I want to offer best wishes and every blessing to you all for the future and the ongoing journey as followers of Jesus.
