The current rota of services for the Mission Community doesn't work well. Rev Lewis and the Ministry Team would like your feedback on improving the rota. 

As such, Lewis has written a letter which outlines the current problems, the criteria the pattern of services needs to meet, and outlines a potential solution. No rota is ever perfect, and there are some issues with the proposal Lewis is making. 

Can you please tell us your opinion of the proposal, especially if you spot problems? If you spot a problem, can you try to suggest a potential solution? 

Lewis is seeking feedback between now and the New Year, before he meets with the Churchwardens in early January to discuss this. A further update on the rota will be shared in February.
