An opportunity to explore outdoor spirituality, for all the family in Ashton Village Orchard (behind the Village Hall). We’ll be doing a survey of the plants, trees and wildlife, toasting marshmallows round a campfire and chatting about how all of this connects us to God. You don’t need to be a church-goer to come to Forest Church, just someone who appreciates creation and would like to have fun and explore their spiritual side outdoors. You can stay for all or part of the session and join in as you feel comfortable. Bring a camp chair or rug to sit on if you can, everyone of all ages is welcome, dogs too!

Safeguarding

Our Mission Community is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and each parish has its own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO for the relevant parish or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services.
