Dorking St Martin, Pixham St Mary and Ranmore St Barnabas

Our united benefice of two parishes serves the area of north and west Dorking. Our churches seek to manifest and proclaim the good of Jesus Christ in word and deed. We beleive that Christ's death and resurrection brings new life and hope to humanity by transforming us into the people that God calls us to be.

Our churches offer a generous orthodoxy, which is rooted in scripture and manifested in a range of liturgical and worship styles. Our spiritual life is centred on scripture and sacraments as the key ways in which we encounter the living presence of Christ.

We offer a range of Christian nurture support for those seeking to grow in faith and discipleship. If you want to find out more about our churches, please contact the church office via the link.

Safeguarding

Our Benfice is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO), Anne Whibberly. Our Diocese’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO Anne Whibberly (see parish pages for contact details) or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services.
