Changing Room is a voluntary, secular organisation that provides free professional counselling sessions for people with issues such as bereavement, stress, anxiety and other similar concerns.

We offer face-to-face sessions at two locations: The Church of the Holy Spirit in Etchinghill and The Community Centre in Rugeley town centre. On-line or telephone sessions are also possible with the agreement of the counsellor involved.

Sessions at Church of the Holy Spirit are held on Tuesday and Friday mornings, those at the Community Centre on Monday morning and afternoon and Thursday mornings.
