The United Benefice of Milton and Norton
We are two friendly congregations on the outskirts of Stoke on Trent, bordering the Staffordshire Moorlands. We are fortunate to have the amenities of the city nearby, and to have the ability to enjoy some beautiful scenery and countryside. Our parishes are within the Leek Deanery.
We are a thriving community, diverse in age, gender, interests and backgrounds - but united by our Christian faith.
Our two churches are dedicated to three of the twelve disciples chosen by Jesus: Philip and James (Milton) and Bartholomew (Norton). Like these first disciples, we seek to learn more about God, and we want to tell others the good news of what we ourselves have experienced of God's love and goodness.

Safeguarding
"Our benefice is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO) who is responsible for both churches in our benefice. Our Diocese’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO Beth Wilde- [email protected] or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services."
