North Lafford Messy Church had a special visitor on Saturday. John the Baptist came to talk to them about Jesus. He joined with the children as they tried a little honey and some dried smoked crickets, John’s favourite meal! We watched a video about John, sang a song and prayed. We then went to our activities where we made some doves(the Holy Spirit) a mural with Jesus, John and some people writing to be baptised. We finished our day with our communal meal.
