About Us

Spalding Parish Church is an ancient place of worship which sits in the very centre of the beautiful fenland town of Spalding. We offer daily prayer to almighty God for the needs of the world, the local community, and one another. We meet God in word and Sacrament and in the faces of each other throughout the week through acts of devotional worship and service.

We look to grow in number and depth through our shared common-life together modelled on a balance of prayer and worship, acts of service and outreach, study and learning, and fun celebration.

We look to offer a gentle and warm welcome to anyone who steps through our doors. It is our prayer that you are able to experience the radical and all-inclusive love of God whenever you visit, and that you may come into his presence and find an oasis of peace as we strive to be "at the heart of the town and in the heart of God".

We are a church whose worship, music and liturgy seek to be the very best that we can offer. We maintain a healthy, evolving and rich 21st century liturgy intertwined with traditional depth which welcomes all who seek to find a home here.
