Revd Graham Wilkins was commissioned by the Archdeacon of Norwich, Ven. Keith James, as Rural Dean for Norwich South on 24 February. This will be alongside his current roles. Graham commented that he was humbled to be commissioned, adding 'Prayers very much appreciated from any praying types!'.
