Welcome to the Coxford Group of Churches

Welcome to the Coxford Group of Churches — a warm and welcoming family of rural Church of England parishes in beautiful north-west Norfolk. We are a group of eight parish churches, serving small, close-knit communities in villages including East and West Raynham, South Raynham, East Rudham, Tattersett, Tatterford, Helhoughton, and Houghton, with Toftrees also part of our fellowship.

Here in the Coxford Group we seek to be a place where people of all ages and stages of life can find welcome, friendship, and a deeper sense of God’s presence. Our hope is that your faith may be refreshed and renewed through worship, prayer and service in these beautiful rural settings.

We gather around the Eucharist as the heart of our life together, recognising that Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever. Our services reflect this continuity, rooted in the rich rhythms of the Church’s year and the deep traditions of Anglican worship.

Whether you are coming from near or far, joining us for a moment of quiet, for joyful celebration, or simply to explore faith, you are very welcome here. In sacrament and symbol, in word and song, and in service to our villages, we seek to share the living gospel of Jesus Christ with all who come among us.
