Parish of Great Yarmouth

We are the Parish of Great Yarmouth: the Church of England for the whole of Great Yarmouth. There are wonderful services every week as we celebrate God’s love for all and many activities across our three churches: The Minster, St Paul’s and St Mary’s. Come and find out more and get in touch if you need to be. We are here for each and every person in our town, whether or not you think of yourself as a churchgoer.

Safeguarding

Our Parish is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO ([email protected]) or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (www.dioceseofnorwich.org/safeguarding or call 01603 882345).

If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police on 999 and your local authority’s children or adult social care services.
