Welcome to a new opportunity for spiritual growth in our Benefice! Whether you're experienced in meditation or a complete beginner, all are welcome to join us.

Learning to quiet the mind and find the silence within, where God can work, takes time and practice, much like any skill.

We'll gather at Hempstead Church, and occasionally at other parishes, for short sessions, usually around half an hour.

And for comfort you might want to bring a cushion as the pews are quite hard.

Eucharist

Join us for our morning service of worship, prayer and sharing of the Holy Communion.

Safeguarding

The benefice of Matlaske is committed to the safeguarding of children, young
people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and
have our own Benefice Safeguarding Officer(s), BSOs, whose details can be
found if you click on one of the Benefice churches below.
The Diocese of Norwich’s website has safeguarding pages that contain vital links
and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA)
who advise our BSOs.
If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm
please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of
someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services.
