Easter Garden

The Shiplake school reception class come annually to make an Easter garden to sit on the grave on the left hand side of the Shiplake Church door. They really enjoy doing this and what they have taken in from their schooling over what Easter is all about is rewarding as to their knowledge it is impressive. The group is split into two groups, alternating from making “flowers” to going outside to make up their garden. We have to remove what the first group has done for the second group to do it all again. It didn’t help that we had a hail storm while the second group worked on their garden! Overall a special experience.
