Dear Friends

I really can’t believe that we are now in October!!!

We have had lots of feedback from our first every Contemporary service – Sunday @ 7 last Sunday. It was enjoyed by many with many more now asking for the date for the next one which will be 25th October 2026.

I want to say a massive thanks to the team who helped bring this finally to fruition – what an amazing worship band, big shout out to Rachael, Paul, Henry and Trevor and also Chris who did all our tech and a/v (amazing) not to mention the coloured lights on the outside of the church! – we are so fortunate, also many thanks to the refreshment team of Val and Jane who made many cups of tea and coffee, served cake (courtesy of Alison Neilson and Mandy) and fresh fruit (my personal favourite), David who with no warning read the evening’s reading for us and Robyn who lead us in prayer, not to mention our new prayer ministry team who have been trained to help offer prayer ministry at this service.

What a blessing you all are – thank you, thank you, thank you.

The services we have this Sunday are:-

8.00 am BCP at St James, High Wych (communion service)

9.30 am for breakfast with a soft start at 10.00 am for the Family service at St James, High Wych.

I hope I see you at one or all of these.

Every blessing

Alison
