Good Friday 3rd April 2026 – WALK / MINI PILGRIMAGE

(walk, cycle or drive)

Everyone welcome – including children & dogs!

An informal journey together – join us for any part or for the whole, approx. 8.5 miles (average 2 miles each section.)

We’ll pause at each church for a short reflection & then travel on to the next ….

9.30am Reflection at Boxted Church* - then on to Somerton Church

11am Reflection at Somerton – then on to Hartest Church

12 noon Reflection at Hartest, refreshments (toilets) then on to Stanstead Church.

1.30 pm Reflection at Stanstead then to Glemsford St Mary Church

2.15pm Reflection at St Mary’s (toilets) then on to Glemsford Methodist church.

3.15pm Glemsford Methodist Church - Reflective service for

Good Friday, followed by refreshments.

You are welcome to join any or all of the above as you are able.

Bring packed lunch & water – good walking shoes (mud) – “Hi Viz” clothing (roads!)
