Youth & Families Worker Recruitment
We are embarking on a project to employ a worker to help us across the parish and the city working with young people and young families.
Aim:
To employ a full time worker to oversee and develop 0-18's ministries in the life of our parish. They would work alongside existing ministries in church, schools and across the city that share Jesus, grow young disciples and support families.
Why now?
As we work with Church on the Green, Breakfast@9, and our 10 and 1030 services we feel the call to provide more for our young people and families. Salisbury Youth Alpha in 2025 highlighted a spiritual hunger among young people and has led to new youth partnerships we would love to contribute towards. As we prayed about this, God has provided us a donor with a £30k match-funding offer: every £1 donated will be matched up to £60k total. Our initial target is £100k for the first 3 years.
Funding:
We are aiming to raise at least £60k ourselves and seek additional support from trusts to launch this project.
