On 30th March, Lily Munday, a faithful member of Holy Saviour and All Saints churches, was presented with her British Empire Medal by the Lord Lieutenant of Wiltshire in a special ceremony at County Hall, Trowbridge. This was given in thanks and recognition for her long service as leader of the St John Ambulance branch in Westbury, leading and training the cadets. Also, her life-long service as a member of Holy Saviour Westbury Leigh, where she is a Lay Pastoral Assistant and also a member of Westbury PCC. Some of us were invited to accompany her to this event, which was a real privilege. We offer our congratulations to Lily on her achieving this award, which is very well deserved!
