At a service held at St Mary's Church on the 12th July, we were delighted to welcome our new curate Megan Thornton. Megan will serve a three to four year term with us and is set to be ordained as a priest next year.  Originally from Yeadon, she previously worked with children with life limiting conditions. 

Megan is following her calling to become a priest and is looking forward to working, alongside our vicar Hannah, across our three churches. Megan and her husband Matthew have now taken up residency at the vicarage at Netherton and we are looking forward to getting to know them in the coming months.
