WELCOME to the webpages for Bengeworth Parish Church, Evesham.  We're delighted to announce we also now have our own dedicated website: www.bengeworthchurch.co.uk to which we will gradually be migrating information from these pages.

Our church serves a large and growing part of Evesham east of the River Avon (see map).  We are "Worshipping Jesus in a Growing Community".

If you are new to the area, or just visiting, please join usWe warmly welcome visitors and new members of the congregation, especially families, children and young people.

If you're worshipping with us for the first time, please take a look at our information sheet for new visitors.  Also, please feel free to introduce yourself .  You can also e-mail us.  Don't forget - church isn't just about Sunday services: for example, why not check out our SPLISH! SPLASH! SPLOSH! activity programmes for children and young people.

The Rev'd Mark Binney heads up our ministry team, as part of the Asum Group Ministry: www.asumgroup.org.

Our parish is home to two Church of England foundation schools: Bengeworth Academy and St Richard's First [see links to right].  Our parish is also home to four other schools: De Montfort Middle and High Schools, The Vale of Evesham and Evesham Nursery.

The church is a popular venue for weddings and baptisms.  Please take a look at our web pages [links to right] for further information.

The first point of contact for most enquiries will usually be the Parish Office (tel. (01386) 446381). Our Parish Administrators are Elaine Major and Janet Coakley.  Our Safeguading Officer (for children and adults) is Mrs Heather Uncles (tel. (01386) 48936).  Please contact Mrs Marie Bomyer with any queries or suggestions about our new website: www.bengeworthchurch.co.uk

Our Organist and Choir Director is Mr Keith Biggin (tel. 01386 710599). If you'd like to get involved in our music ministry, or would just like more information, please get in touch.  Our web pages [links to right] contain further information.

For details of special events and services etc. please look at these pages including the online calendar or see our monthly Parish Magazine, available from the Church.  For copies of the weekly pew sheet, please follow the following link: www.hamptonchurch.org.uk/bengeworth-pew-sheets.html

Prayer ministry is important.  Prayer requests can be submitted online, or via the space for this purpose on the notice board at the back of the church.  We always welcome more volunteers to lead intercessions during our main Sunday morning service.

Our Church occupies a prominent position at the eastern end of Port Street, where our spire stands proudly in views from a wide area: see Picture Gallery.

Bengeworth Church House is nearby.  It's a multi-purpose meeting hall, available for hire.  See separate web page for further information.  This site is also home to Ourside Youth Centre.

Want to know more about Jesus and the Christian faith?  Why not enquire within, visit the Christian Enquiry Agency, Rejesus or Alpha Course websites [see links to right] or come to some of our special events starting in 2015.
