A fun time in the church for everyone with babies or toddlers.

Our choir practices on Wednesday evenings in the church hall. Trebles begin at 6.30pm and are joined by the adults at 7.00pm. Please contact us if you would like to join our church choir.

A quiet service in traditional language, held in the church hall (attached to the church) every Thursday during colder months and in the main building during warmer months.

Angela our Anna Chaplain and Richard our Authorised Pastoral Assistant host a monthly Anna Gathering in St Peter’s Church hall.

Local crafts, arts and produce.

Our services include hymns, prayers and the sacrament of Holy Communion at a nave altar so that there are no steps to negotiate if you would like to receive it. Seated communion will be provided on request. You may come forward for a blessing if you prefer.

Refreshments are served after the service if you would like to stay for a chat.

If you are unable to attend our service, a written Act of Worship and Message from the Minister is published every Sunday here on the website notices and on our Facebook Page for you to engage with wherever you are, whoever you are. They are also sent out by email on Sundays with our weekly newsletter. Do message us if you would like to receive them.

Every Monday morning, between 10am and 12 noon, the church hall is open if you would like to drop in for a cup of tea or coffee, maybe a biscuit, and a chat, our treat. You are welcome, whoever you are.

Holy Week at St Peter's.

You're very welcome to join us as we move through a mini pilgrimage inside St Peter's, meditating and praying at the different Stations of the Cross in the Passion narrative of the Gospels. At each point in this journey, you are invited to reflect on the story of Christ's crucifixion and the sacrifice made by him for all of us.

Our 11 O'clock service on Maundy Thursday is an opportunity to reflect, in traditional language, on the Last Supper and the institution of the Eucharistic feast. Everyone is very welcome at St Peter's.

You are welcome to join us for an evening service of Holy Communion to mark Maundy Thursday.
During this service, members of the congregation are invited to have their feet washed, just as Christ washed his disciples' feet. After Communion, the high altar will be stripped bare, and a prayerful vigil will be held in the Church until 10 pm.

You are welcome to stay for as little or as long as you would like.

You're invited to join the Churches of Sheringham as we mark Good Friday with the annual walk of witness to Beeston Bump. Come and join us in gathering outside St Peter's Church at 11:15 am, we will then walk into the centre of town for a short service led by Sheringham Salvation Army. Following this, a cross will be carried to the top of Beeston Bump, where a service will be led by the Lighthouse Church.

All are welcome.

If you feel the walk might be difficult, then St Peter's Church will be open for personal prayer and devotion on this Holy Day.

An informal service for everyone, during which refreshments will be available.
