“Together for Short Lives” who raises funds for children’s hospices across the country. Any money raised will go to the East Anglia’s Children’s Hospice based in Cambridge which supports families caring for seriously ill children in our region.

This is Morrisons current charity and as they have supported us so well in recent times in providing food to distribute primarily to those in need we felt it would be nice to support their charity efforts.

Entry will be free but donations will be welcome and there will be a raffle and halftime refreshments.

Lowestoft: St Andrew

St. Andrew's is an all age community of people who have discovered the wonderful love of Jesus the Saviour and seek to live and share it in word and action with the community of Roman Hill.

We are a small friendly church housed in a building that serves the needs of Roman Hill, one of the most deprived communities in Suffolk and the UK.

Safeguarding

"Our parish of Lowestoft: St Andrew is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Norwich’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO [Eileen McMurtry (01502) 585192] or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor [Sue Brice Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor, [email protected]]. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services."
