An enjoyable day was had by all at the Wreath Making Workshop of 7th December led by Francesca Goodman of British Blooms, Dickleburgh, hosted by the Half Moon Inn, working in conjunction with Rushall Church. With grateful thanks from Rushall PCC to all those involved in helping to raise the sum of £388.00 for St Mary’s Church, to Francesca for her artful tutoring in wreath making, to Keighley and Justin of the Half Moon for generously providing the use of their conservatory for the day free of charge and providing lunch, and to Judy Kirk-Walker who had the initial idea of putting on the workshop to raise funds for the church and who co-ordinated the different organisations in setting it up, and last but not least to all the lovely ladies who attended the workshop and produced splendid festive wreaths to be proud of. Thank you to you all and here’s hoping we may be able to do it all again next year.
